I am waiting on a colleague at another location to send me the R20 disc, in hopes that will work better than R17. I get the device connected/disconnected tone from Windows, and don't see any devices with errors in device manager. Please check the connection and try again!' If I try and read direct from the USB, I get the error 'Radio is not detected from USB port.
I am presently using R17.01.02 with an RKN4105A USB cable, setting the COM port to the virtual one assigned to the USB (in this case COM4). All of our computers have been upgraded to Windows 10, and I seem to be having some issues namely, I get the error 'Radio Baud Rate could not be set Error Context: 24, Status: c000038'. I need to do a reprogram for a fleet of radios, but I haven't used CPS since we were on Windows 7.
